Shipping Information

DuraSquares tiles are shipped direct to your home or office in manageably-sized boxes that are approximately 18.5" x 18.5" (47cm x 47cm). Think "pizza delivery" boxes. Each box contains 12 carpet tiles weighing approximately 7 pounds (12-tiles). Orders for area rugs runners and stair treads will arrive in an appropriate number of boxes.

Orders placed at Durasquares.com are shipped within the continental United States.

Warranty

DuraSquares and Nonwoven Network LLC want your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, you may return any of your Durasquares product that is unused and in new condition within 30 days of the purchase date for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling fees). Your Durasquares product is warranted for one year from the date of purchase to be free from manufacturer's defects. You may return any of your DuraSquares product that has a manufacturer's defect within one (1) year of purchase for exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER LIABILITIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING UNDER LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE YEAR GUARANTEE PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE. IN NO CASE WILL NONWOVEN NETWORK LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, nor the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Return Policy

DuraSquares and Nonwoven Network LLC want your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, you may return any of your Durasquares product that is unused and in new condition within 30 days of the purchase date for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling fees).

Key information for your return:

  • Returned product must be unused and in its original condition. We do not accept for return any damaged or soiled merchandise.
  • Area rugs, tile sets and stair treads must be returned as a complete set.
  • DuraSquares does not accept CODs.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers must obtain advance authorization from a DuraSquares representative in order to return merchandise. Please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call us at 1-864-371-9373 within the 30 day period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
  • Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping returned product to DuraSquares. We recommend you insure your package with a reputable carrier in the event of loss or damage. Any damage caused during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, DuraSquares will refund your purchase price.
  • DuraSquares cannot accept items purchased through a retailer, vendor or distributor. Please contact the retailer, vendor or distributor directly for further information and assistance.
  • Customer refusal of any shipment is billable to the customer for both the return and original shipping costs.
